SAPs in Exeter

Environmental Economics’ SAP team are working with one of the largest house builders in the UK for a site of 178 new-build dwelling to achieve Part L1A 2013 compliance. The site in Exeter, which has a planning requirement to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) Level 4 through a fabric first approach and site wide solar photovoltaics, is a combination of low density flats, terraces and detached houses.

Through a long-term business relationship, we have developed client’s specification ahead of changing regulations and provided strategies to easily update and adapt standard house-type designs to meet further planning requirements. In so doing, our experienced team is able to provide effective solutions to maximise the efficiency of our consultation for returning clients.
