Planning report in Southampton

Environmental Economics have recently completed an energy report for a project of 91 new-build domestic dwellings in Southampton. The site, for a major housing developer, is being built to comply with Part L1A (2013) regulations, and achieve Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) level 4, which require a 19% improvement over regulations, across the site.

To achieve site-wide compliance with the planning requirements our energy team detailed the use of photovoltaics (PV) in addition to improvement in housing specification. At Environmental Economics we are experienced in guiding clients through planning requirement to ensure an appropriate and cost effective strategy is promptly chosen.
