Energy Reports in Bristol

We're producing energy reports for a site of large residential buildings in Bristol. Our reports explores the different strategies the developer can take to achieve planning. A more formal report breaks down the details and reasoning of the chosen strategy. The site is required to use a large amount of renewable technologies to reduce it's carbon emissions.

The developer has opted for a mixture of high levels of insulation and solar PV to meet the condition. The planning condition requires an at least 20% reduction of the site's carbon emissions through energy savings from renewable technologies. The site's size and density makes this an optimal solution, especially given the sizeable amount of south facing roof space.
