Delivering BREEAM Assessments for Multiple Projects (Birmingham Architects)

A Birmingham architectural practice

We are working on multiple BREEAM projects across the UK for a Birmingham based architectural practice. Both Projects below are non-domestic and aiming to achieve a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating.

A Central London Hostel

A hostel on Borough High Street in Central London is extending it's existing building. The project importantly falls under a Non-domestic classification despite providing rooms to stay and being as a 'domestic institution'. The project hope to achieve it's 'Very Good' rating through a highly thermally insulated construction.

Commercial Buildings in Bristol

Another project for the same architects is creating several new build commercial properties in Bristol, ranging from a supermarket to a nursery. The project intends to achieve it's 'Very Good' rating through adding rooftop solar photo-voltaic panels (PV) as well as specifying a good level of insulation and services.
